This is a vintage Victorian yellow and blue silver tone ring finger ladies compact. When opened, there is a mirror inside. The mirror is without any cracks. The mirror opens to an empty compartment with a blue back. The bottom of the compact has a sift style compartment for your powder. The back has a unique design as pictured. Very cute and unique piece.
