Vintage Whitaker Talisman "Bandito" Hand Pin Brooch Santa Fe ~ ONE OF A KIND!

Description

For sale is this unique talisman brooch in the shape of a hand.  A talisman is
defined as an object held to act as a charm to avert evil and bring good fortune.
It is signed by the artist Whitaker, who made it in 1991 in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  It can also be worn as a pendant.
I believe the "Bandito" might be Pancho Villa.  The glittery hand has many interesting 3-dimensional features, including googly eyes on the index finger and a leaf, a star, a branch, a spiral, a plastic "diamond", and a pink circle which might be interpreted as a life saver.
It is truly one of a kind, quite beautiful, and would be a wonderful conversation piece.
