    The center adjustment wheel has the marking: T. A.
    T.A. stands for Theodore Alteneder & Sons of Philadelphia who started making drafting instruments in the 1850s.
    Designed for fine line drawing, technical drawing and calligraphy
    Ink pen for ruling double parallel lines. Great for drawing roads.
    Width of lines is adjustable, as well as width between them.
