Vintage Koeneman Swiss Rotameter Machinist Drafting Measure - Lot of 2 Sizes

Item Description:
Lot of 2 vintage Koeneman Rotameters.  One is #1868 for 1/8" Scale Plans, the other is #1864 for 1/4" Scale Plans.  Made is Switzerland.  I am not certain what this tool is used for, guessing it is a machinist or engineering measuring tool, maybe for drafting.  On the front is Koeneman St. Louis Swiss and the marking on back is R. A. Koeneman Co, Swiss.  It has three dials, for feet, hundred feet and thousand feet.  On the bottom is a wheel that is used to do the measuring.  Button on the top is used to reset.  I don't know if they ever had face coverings, but they do not at this point.  Both are in very good condition.  Remaining inventory from an old electrical contracting business.
