Item listed is a vintage used Keufferl & Esser brand Mark I Compass Extension Bar.
The item listed is a model 55 1728    5 3/4 " extension bar for use with compassess 55 1716 & 55 1722.
The extension bar appears to be in good working order.
The metal is in good condition with very little scratching on the metal.
The box is still usable, but does have dents, scratches, shelf storage wear and age related staining.
The item was made in the USA.
