    Vintage K&E Cased Hand Held Prism Tool. Keuffel & Esser Germany. Early 20th century. Simple tactical instrument with machine turned handle w/angled glass mirrored prism. Contained in black painted metal surround with makers mark K&E. Green case. Glass is chipped in one corner.  Used condition.
