Vintage Evans Art Deco Blue Guilloche Enamel Compact Double Sided Mirror Rouge Powder
This vintage Evans Art Deco blue guilloche enamel compact double sided mirror rouge powder dates from the 1920s. It is made of a painted baby blue metal with a blue guilloche work enamel pink painted rose blue ribbon bow design center. This beautiful blue compact has a small round shape with a mirror, double sided style powder, rouge pot puff inserts and is stamped inside "Evans". The compact measures 2 3/4 inches wide across. It is in good as-is condition, with a few faint scratches, tiny paint loss and is missing the powder which is empty inside, but still contains the rouge with puff (see close-ups). This is truly a wonderful piece of Art Deco compact purse art!
