    This is a vintage Dumbo with moveable parts,very cute.  Parts are rubber and it feels like the body is plastic or hard rubber (I really don't know)head, ears, hat are all rubber.  I know the ears are getting hard, but the rest I really don't know.  It is vintage because it has been around here a long time.  Nice collectors piece
