Vintage Disney (Marx, Disneykins?} HUEY, DEWEY, OR LOUIE Miniature Toy Figure

I don't know which of Donald Duck's nephews this is, Huey, Dewey, or Louie. Purchased new, original owner has a large collection, all to be sold.  They have been in smoke free storage for many, many years. This one is in really nice condition, other than some paint missing on his hat. I honestly don't know if this is a Disneykin.  There is nothing printed on it anywhere.  The big difference I see is that he is made of a hard rubber, not plastic like the Disneykins.  He is hand painted, and has the same pose as the Dewey Disneykin, only taller.  This one is 1 1/4" tall, the Disneykin is just under an inch. Just guessing that this was made in the 1950's, before Disneykins.  Look at pictures closely, as they are part of the description.
