Old drafting tool from the days before computers and CAD; I believe this one dates from the 1940's It has been used, is in good condition, neat historical piece. See pictures. Marked at top edge of the inch ruler "DIETZGEN   31636   ENGINE DIVIDED." Measures 12-7/8"
overall, 3/4" tall.
