    Unused in Box Youth and Beauty Leather Book Style Minirose Powder Compact.
    Clever combination powder and rouge compact from MINIROSE. Features a cream colored leather exterior with a crest of some sort and gold gilt decoration. The compact is made to resemble a book that could be put on a book shelf. The exterior binding if it was sitting on a shelf reads YOUTH & BEAUTY. So there you have it, the book of youth and beauty. It is tiny and measures 2.75” x 2”. Original puffs and original box all in super condition. I have seen compacts like these that were made by Mondaine but MINIROSE is a new name to me. Probably from the 1920s.
