All our shipping is done within the United States of America,
please note we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska & we apologize for this.  Also, we ship out items from 1 to 2 business days with US postal services & USPS & a small number of other couriers .
Return
Please note our returns for change of mind  generally 14 to 30 days
depending on the suppliers we use but this is mentioned on each listing & the buyer does pay the return postage. Also we offer standard 12 month warranties on all out items as per law. Any faulty items or damaged products please take a photo or 5 second video immediately & then post on ebay or email it to me & we will forward to the manufacturer who holds the warranty & they will insist on this, the process can take a few days to a few weeks & again we apologize for any delays, it is out of our control but we will really do everything possible to make it quick. We also appreciate that items do go missing in the mail, it's frustrating & we do work with the couriers as fast as possible but again these processes can & do take a few days to 2 weeks.
