  • Condition: In good vintage condition with age related surface wear and discoloration. The back shows most of the wear, but the front looks like it needs polishing, I did not attempt it because I don't know if it is coated. It is shinier gold brass than the pictures read, but there is some haziness. Overall the shape looks good--it is cut out and hammered convex and smooth. Very reflective and hard to photograph. Vintage from Paris, France. Chic and wearable.

    Hand hammered in brass, this statement piece is very collectible as a vintage piece from (I believe) the 1970s
    or a chic, wearable accessory.  The pin works perfectly.  There is wear in the form of light surface scratching and discoloration,
    with more on the back than the front.  I have not attempted to polish this and I think it would benefit from it, but I leave that to the buyer.
    It is curved and hammered and very reflective, so difficult to photograph, looking better in person.
    I like this shape and size and even the color.  An intriguing statement piece, evoking a comet or a claw or an abstract tulip...
