This Garter Is An Ideal Fit For Thigh Placement Between 15"-24" comfortably. Anything less then 15", please be aware that the garter will most likely be too big/loose. If you require a garter in a smaller or larger size, please contact us prior to purchasing to see if this specific style may be made in different sizes.
