    Portland, Oregon Original Vintage Poster - Rose Festival Wartime Welcome Fleet Week Miss Oregon Framed "Best Liberty Port on the Pacific".   It measures approximately 10.5 inches by 13.5 inches.  Actually, a little bigger than this, but the visible part of the frame measures this.  This is the first year in my life, or possibly for the first time ever that the Rose Festival has been cancelled (due to pandemic).  It may never return to what it was. This is truly a collectible poster of a more festive time in history.
