Belgium's Honor Badge of Labor, established in 1948,
recognizes meritorious workers for their skills and commitment to their profession.   The piece on offer is a 3rd class [bronze] award of the 1948-1963 type in original plastic issue case.
Belgium's
Civic Decoration [1867] rewards long and distinguished service in administration.  The First Class indicates
35 years of meritorious service by higher rank employees.  The original case and lapel device accompany this award [gilt metal, possibly silver-gilt].   Case interior marked by Van Larebeke of Brussels
Miniature versions of both awards attach to a chain with hooks at each end.  An unreadable
[maker or silver content?]
mark  appears on the chain hook.
