M+M Scognamiglio, hand carved Cameo in a bezel set mounting marked 14K with a classic roll-over clasp and hinged bale at the top.
- Beautiful young woman adorned with grapes and grape leaves looking to the right. Brooch/pendant is hand carved and highly detailed.
-This piece can be worn as a brooch/pin or on a chain as a necklace pendant.
-Width 1 3/4 inches, Length 2 3/8 inches and 2 5/8" including the bale. It weighs 20 grams.
-The 2nd photo is the front of the cameo and 3rd photo is the back of the cameo in natural light shining through the cameo.
- The 5th photo is the Cameo with the Bale up and worn as a necklace pendant. The 6th photo is the Cameo with the bale turned to the    inside and worn as a brooch.
