Handmade Victorian Style Pincushion Hat Pin Cushion. Wooden Pedestal & Velvet Cloth Round Ball
No damage. Just a little dust/lint on velvet.  The velvet ball part looks to be handstitched. I don't see any tiny pin holes in it. The velvet ball is a little "loose" on the wooden pedestal base. I do not believe this is old based on the screw that was used on the bottom and I believe there is a piece of styrofoam inside as well as batting or stuffing. We purchased this at an Amish Auction in Lancaster County Pa. I believe this is just a reproduction type piece of a Victorian Style Hat Pin Holder Cushion.
