Sandman is holding a working hourglass attached to the ring in his hand.  There's pixie dust in his beard. Moons and stars embedded into the design and enameled over. The heart is set with Swarovski AB crystals. There are 7 charms: teddy bear - ballerina - fairy - star - palm tree - heart and butterfly dangling from his other hand. The brooch is signed on the back "Kirks Folly" and "Sweet Dreams Sandman."
He measures 3" across and 3 1/2" high including the dangling charms.
