This is hand-painted gown and design may come out a little different due to manual work needed but rest assured that the quality is the same and any difference is unintentional. Please allow 1-2 centimeters difference in size due to manual measurement.

Exchange
We offer exchange of same item to correct size free of charge after we received return of the original, unused item only (Customer is responsible for shipping cost). Any exchange should be coursed through Ebays request for replacement/exchange.
Return
We accept returns of new/unused item postmarked within 30 days of purchase (Customer is responsible for shipping cost). Once a return has been inspected and approved, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the credited amount and will be processed within 2 days to original form of payment.
