Kata Kissoczy-wooden ARTPUZZLE--circular-signed 2x-with stand-modern art

Description

Lot is for a great, colorful and captivating piece of modern art which is also a very well-crafted hand-cut jigsaw puzzle in the round.  This is a creation of Czechoslovakian artist KATA KISS0CZY and comes from her art gallery ARTPUZZLES in Prague.
Kissoczy is an award wining puzzle designer from Prague. She began working with puzzles in 1970s creating work in Prague, Germany and Austria. The painting features cut pieces of wood in shapes similar to bodies, faces, and hands. The pieces are painted in dramatic flesh tones, gold, green, white, blue and red. The puzzle is rounded (measures 8" in diameter) It is signed to the lower center “Kissoczy” (see photos).  Puzzle is mounted on a circular wooden base board which has the gallery label affixed to the back, and the artist's personal signature in gold pen below the label.  This also includes a black metal base holder with ball feet (see photos).
A very collectible artist, and a very brightly colored example of the unique art pieces created by the artist.  It is in beautiful condition, complete, and ready for display!
