I'm not familiar with these types of sets, I did a bit of research and will do my best to describe but please look at all photos they will be the best description of this set and what it includes.
I don't know how to test any of this set but it appears to be in great condition. It is might be missing pieces and I think there might be extra pieces. The listing is for all the items shown in the photos (except my two wood rulers are NOT included and are just there to show you the size of the items). There is definitely one extra template included that comes in its own box (labeled: 61 0350-1000C). This does NOT come with a scriber.
The case is in excellent shape. Its lid hinges work well and latches securely. The interior foam piece is still great and not crumbling and falling apart like a lot of others I saw. I'm guessing there once was a plate or sticker that labled the kit on the case that is no longer there.
It might be hard to see the numbers in the photos but it does includes all 11 standard pens (not sure if that's the right name), sizes 000-8. Each one is comprised of two parts and the numbers all match up. There is some ink in the lettering ink container, I don't know if it's still good, it looks good to me, it is still liquid (not dried up). There are 8 things that I'm going to call ink canisters (not sure if that's the correct name). They are numbered 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8. Some residual ink in number 5, I think it's dry but I didn't mess with it. There are 10 templates in the case and then the really large one that comes in a seperate box. There are many other assorted pieces included I just don't know what they are called.
