    Double chain marked 925 Sterling Silver Italy, replacement for original chain
    Chains 4 inches long, original finger ring
    c1920 to 1922 as per magazine ads during that period termed "Smart Vanity Case"
    Compact is silver plated, marked Sheffield plate on inner rim edge of mirror
    Sheffield Plate was changed to Imperial Plate in 1923 due to conflict with Sheffield brand in the UK
    Some light wear to plate on raised areas, one blemish on one side
    Mirror has a couple of silvering blemishes
