House of Tre-Jur Inc. Compact with Keychain-Photo-Locket Inside, looks very old

so I bought an old suitcase filled with early 1900's ephemera at an estate sale, this was in that case. I have NO IDEA if it's that old or just wound up in there.
little metal compact?  - HOUSE OF TRE-JUR INC. PARIS NEW YORK (about 1-5/8th x 2") about 3/8th thick at thickets
little key-chain with locket? on end (opens up with paper photo inserted) about 2-3/4" long (photo part about half-inch round)
