Description

Handmade garter.  Two layers of organza both white one 2" and one 1.5".
Silver sequins with white/silver bows.  2020 charm.  One size fits most (15"-19") but if concerned about size please message me.  It is easy to make it smaller.  Bigger ones can be made at an added cost.  Will come first class mail so it is usually delivered in 3-4 days.
