My wife desired a quaint, attractive greenhouse to go at our cottage.  We searched far and wide with little luck in finding something that didn't look like an eyesore in the backyard.  I custom designed and built this fully insulated and heated building so she can enjoy her hobby year round.  Building measures 10' x 12', approximately 9' tall at  peak plus the cupola and contains 16" pea stone floor for water drainage.  Plan includes detailed architectural drawings as well as a full material list with estimated cost as of 2018 (original cost was approximately k in 2008 with 00 of those funds being the custom windows for the roof and trapezoid by door.  Costs can be considerably reduced  with lesser quality materials, we used premium materials for everything.  Plans do not include actual patterns for pieces but do include scaled drawings).
I have included a photo of the way we finished the inside of our greenhouse.  This is only to show you a possibility.  I do not include these costs in the materials list nor do I include the materials to finish the inside in the materials list.
If you are looking for a plan that provides detailed patterns for each piece, please look elsewhere.  These are architectural drawings and you should be able to create your own patterns as necessary as you go through the building process.
Materials will vary depending on your location and you may have to substitute some products.  Design is able to be expanded or shortened  in the 12' dimension by adding or reducing the number of rafters.  We are very satisfied with the end product and have enjoyed its use now for about 8 years.
I have sold dozens of these plans as well as others.  About 5% of the buyers do not read the auction details where it is very clear that this is the building plans and materials list.  Experienced building skills beyond limited beginner will be a strong asset in building this custom structure.   The listing also details a no return policy.
Of all my plans this listing is probably the clearest of what you are receiving as great effort has gone into clear and precise details just because of people who do not read or understand what they are reading.  Ebay also provides a forum to allow  buyers to ask questions.  Refunds are not granted primarily because of the costs I have incurrent in fees, postage and packing materials which I have no way of recovering.  Therefore a refund will not be issued.
