• If you are returning an item in which Polycarbonate USA paid the shipping/handling charge (items marked "free shipping") you will be responsible for the outbound shipping charge that we, as the shipper, incurred to have your order delivered. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
• Every return requires a return authorization number (RMA) from POLYCARBONATE USA
All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.
