    Description

    Gorgeous Antique European Gilt Sterling Silver and Blue Guilloche Enamel Compact
    This beautiful compact was masterfully hand made likely in Austria around 1900 and features
    blue wavy guilloche enamel. The lid has a round center cartouche with a Victorian flower basket in black enamel. This very solid and heavy piece
    opens and closes nicely and has an intact mirror inside; the enamel is fully intact with only very minor damage (see pictures). Tested for Sterling Silver.
    Measures 2 1/2" in diameter.
    Very good condition with some patina according to age which can easily be polished away if desired. Previously in private collection.
