    Diablo Systems (K&E?) Clear Plastic Drafting Machine 12-inch & 18-inch Scales
    Privately labeled “Diablo Systems” from when I worked for the Diablo Systems Div. of Xerox Corp.
    One side of 12” scale reads 2:1 scale in .01 increments and the other side reads 5:1 scale in .05 increments
    One side of 18” scale similarly reads 2:1 scale in .01 increments and the other side reads 5:1 scale in .05 increments
    Both in excellent condition with no chips
    I believe that these scales were likely made by K&E Co. (Morristown, NJ 07960) from their Luxylite material
    -Luxylite is a Keuffel & Esser Co. term for a clear plastic material that provides an unobstructed view of your work area
    -Includes the original 18” clear plastic sleeve, but none for the 12" scale; K&E boxes are labeled 600718-19 and 600712-19; note that I have been unable to find any reference to these part numbers online
    Fit drafting machine brands including K&E, Vemco, Alvin, Bruning, Mutoh, and Universal Boardmaster
