This pair of Patent leather boy's character oxfords were a return and other than some staining on the soles , they look just fine. They are size 4.5. You can put taps on them since they have a genuine leather sole or use them as a theatrical shoe. I have held them up to a tape measure and from the back seam to the end of the toe they measure 10 inches. I know the pic looks like they are hanging off the tape but I assure you they are not.
