This auction is for the elegant antique Art Deco sterling silver compact

, Canada in 1920-30s. The compact is made in the best traditions of Art Deco, adorned with elegant chiseled decoration on the silver lid. The front lid features a letter of beautiful calligraphy, monogrammed in the center. The mirror and the puff are original. The mirror has damage, it is ok as a collectible but needs a replacement if you like to use it.
Birks company was established in Canada by Henry Birks in 1879.

Condition:
The
antique sterling
silver compact is in good vintage condition with working clasp, original mirror and puff(aged). The front lid has a monogrammed letter.
The mirror has damage, please see the pictures, it is ok as a collectible but needs a replacement if you like to use it. The mirror imperfection is reflected in the asking price.
