MEXICAN AZTEC CALENDAR STERLING SILVER MIDCENTURY VANITY MAKE~UP COMPACT CASE
This is a very nice make up compact there is only a few small indentations on the back of the case. This is in its original condition, has a mirror. The compact is  clearly hall marked inside.
The top has a beautiful & very detailed carved Aztec Calendar, made out of what I believe could be a Rose GOLD OVERLAY Or maybe Copper.
Signed inside  -  ARGENTA Sterling Silver MEXICO with a very Hard to distinguish SYMBOL
It is in very good vintage condition with a very nice mirror.
Measures approximately: 3 1/4" across
Mirror measurements 2 3/4” diameter
Nice Hefty Weight: 95 grams
This it is not a new item right off a assembly line.
Found at A Local Wisconsin Antique Shop That Closed Down.
This Sale Had Multiple Items Antique Linens, Paintings, Hardware, Antique Electrical Lamps & Victorian Shades,Antique Shoes, Antique Clothes, Victorian Saved Fabrics, Victorian Curtains, Bedspreads, Duvets, Victorian & Antique Jewelry pieces.
This Item is in good vintage condition might have some minor defects due to age.
Since I Purchased these Items At Antique Shop, I Believe They Are All Vintage, Victorian and Antiques so I know its vintage but not sure exactly how old it is.
