Art Deco Metal Marcasite Vanity Compact with Green/Black/Red Enamel, Flowers.
This compact has a broken mirror and does not close snugly. But it is beautiful. The lid is enamel and the colors are marbleized green, solid black border and red highlights. There are four points on the border that are red with 3 marcasite. The center has a silver border with lovely flowers inside. There is marcasite on each end. The outside border is silver and the base may be brass. It is circular and it is 2.25” in diameter. The interior is gold wash and has a revolving opening for the powder. Please see pictures.
