This is an antique/vintage silver plated compact with kissing fairies on the cover.  This Art Nouveau compact is from the 1920's, stamped "Djer Kiss" (Dear Kiss) Poudre Kerkoff.  The image was designed by American artist Maxfield Parrish
Snap closure and hinges are in good working condition
