    Antique Vintage Girey Compact Victorian Edwardian Portrait Cameo Celluloid
    Vintage Victorian to Edwardian era Girey makeup compact found in an old movie theatre in central PA. It was made by Girey, a company known for its 'kamra-pac' compacts made with cases that resembled early collapsible camera cases. This one has a portrait of a Renaissance lady framed in silver, with an opaque sunray design in white. The case is a yellow marbled celluloid. This measures 1 3/4" x 3 1/4". The inside opens with a button on the bottom right. it has rouge with puff and powder remnants with puff. Great vintage condition. The inside of the mirror is crackled. Pull out lipstick on top is empty. I did not clean it, needs a shine.
