Antique Tine Box Bent Wood Storage Chest Hand Crafted Latched Lid Handle Pegs. Handmade wood box that “is really old” which is what the woman told me when I bought it at an estate sale. This is a really cool box which the body of the box was made by bending the wood and then it has a laced up seam. The lid has a handle and is held in place by the piece of wood on the side. Most of the box has wood pegs instead of nails but I think a few of the pegs holding the bottom piece wore out so at a later date someone reinforced it with a few small nails. The box measures 15 inches long by 11 inches wide and 11 3/4 inches tall and weighs 4 pounds. Please look at the pictures closely and ask any questions that you may have prior to purchase .
