Antique French Jeweled Enamel Chatelaine Pill Patch Snuff Trinket Box Compact

Description

This beautiful small French box is in amazing condition and looks like it was never used. It has no dents, dings, or missing stones, and the mirror has no cracks or cloudiness. There is a loop to hang it on a chain, chatelaine, or wristlet. The hinge is in great working order. I am not sure what the purpose of this little box was, perhaps it was for many purposes.
